About the Coach

Arno is a seasoned leadership coach with an MSc in Training & Human Resource Management from Leicester University, UK. He is an ICF (ACC) coach, and an accredited Enneagram practitioner who has worked with leaders and teams in start-ups & technology, banking, telecommunication, and financial services, helping them step confidently into leadership, navigate rapid growth, and inspire high-performing teams.

With over 30 years’ professional experience and having lived in different regions like EMEA and North America, Arno understands the intense pressures of leading in uncertain, complex, and highly regulated environments, and knows exactly how to help leaders thrive in them.
